Christine B. McInnes

Education: Christine graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1991 with a B.B.A. in Banking and Managerial Finance. She received her Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2009.

Practice Areas: Christine’s practice has been focused on complex litigation involving Insurance Law, Construction Law, Products Liability, Professional Liability, and cases involving catastrophic injuries and death.

Experience: Prior to entering the practice of law, Ms. McInnes was employed by a major auto and fire insurance carrier. Her experience included litigated first party and third-party claims. She also has extensive training and experience in wind and hail first party claims. During her time in the insurance industry, she obtained her AIC and SLCA designations and was working toward her CPCU designation. She instructed state approved continuing education classes for adjusters as well as professional advancement classes for staff. She elected to work during law school for a Third-Party Administrator gaining valuable experience in construction defect litigation involving commercial buildings, water treatment plants and multi-Plaintiff housing developments. 

Christine is admitted to the practice of law in the State of Oklahoma and before the United States District Courts for the Western, Northern, and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma. She is a member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association and has worked on various committees.
